To start your free month, simply go to AtCine.com, choose a plan and payment option that’s best for you, enter your email, set a password, and start watching.
You won't be charged during your free trial, and you can cancel anytime. We'll remind you when your free trial is about to end, so you can cancel your account if you'd rather not become a AtCine member. If you choose to continue enjoying AtCine after your trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged one low monthly fee no matter how much you watch.
Why do I need a payment method to start a free trial?
We ask for a payment method to ensure you don't have any interruption in service after the free trial. We do this by sending an authorization request to your financial institution to verify that your payment method works. These requests are not charges, but in some cases they may temporarily affect your available account balance. You will not be charged if you do not continue our service.

If AtCine isn't working, you may be experiencing a network connectivity issue, an issue with your device, or an issue with your AtCine app or account.
To get back to watching, check if there is an error code or error message on-screen and enter it into the search bar below. If your issue does not have an error code or message, search for the problem you’re experiencing, such as seeing a black screen, or being unable to sign in.
If you've searched for an article but still can't watch, check to see if we've reported any service outages. It's pretty rare, but sometimes we have problems connecting to the internet too.
AtCine is in the wrong language.
